An interactive beach. The sun and full moon follow an inclined circular orbit on opposite sides, completing a day in ten minutes by default. Cycle speed offers a twenty-, ten-, five- or one-minute orbit. The Time slider runs from midnight through dawn, noon and sunset to midnight. Drag it to choose a moment; automatic motion resumes after three seconds. Pause freezes the light, waves and sound. Moonlight, sunlight, drifting clouds and waves reflect across the shore. A small sailboat passes in the distance, gulls glide both nearby and in the distance, a few fish swim through the shallows, and a small crab walks sideways over the sand with quiet pauses. Your touch awakens blue bioluminescent plankton. Sound is optional and synchronized with waves reaching the shore. Nearby gulls call softly as they approach; their calls follow their position and fade with distance.
